When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson met at their church in Hamburg they knew they could not go back. Ashley Hudson was just 17 years old and hadn't had a girlfriend before, so they took it slow. But it was truly love at first sight. It was New Year's Eve, just prior to the beginning of 2016, Andrew wanted God to bless him with one more thing in the was to come... that Ashley would say yes and get married to Andrew. Ashley was determined to create an event with a traditional woodland theme. This could truly reflect her as well as Andrew. They incorporated their favourite things to create the perfect wedding. Ashley grew in the 40 acres of land selected as the venue for their wedding. Ashley explored the area and had fun on it all, from the way they walked to the field where the couple exchanged vows. Andrew and Ashley also had been to the location many times before they began dating. The importance of personalization was that almost all of the decorations were made by the bride and groom. Andrew and Ashley's Dad made their seating area as well as an arch to be used during the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of these decorations. Ashley says that she would have been disappointed if Anna, the florist at Magnolia Belle Floral had not done her amazing floral work to us, our wedding may not have been as magic I was hoping it would. Absolutely stunning.
